to make sure we get different winners, if anyone hits a 2nd time, the NEXT score change will determine a new winner
if the last quarter produces a duplicate winner the PREVIOUS score change will determine a new winner
if the game goes into overtime there will be an extra winner for each quarter in overtime
decisions of the judge (Sean) are final, so no whining!
